  • BOOKINGS

    • Please note we are a cashless venue, card payment only are accepted!

    • For inside bookings, you will be given 1 hour 30 mins at your table.

    • For bookings of 9 and over, we require a £10pp deposit to be paid which comes off your bill on the day. For any food and drink pre ordered, we require the full balance to be paid in advance.

    • All deposits paid are non-refundable

    • Dog are allowed in all of our outside areas

    • Outside tables are first come first served, but if you are brining your furry friends just give us a call and we can accommodate you best we can.

    • Please note we cannot allow back to back bookings, if we can accommodate you longer on the day we will endeavour to do so

    YOUR TIME AT EPICURES

    • A host will greet and seat you and let you know how things will work. You’ll have plenty of time (1hr 30mins) to enjoy your experience.

    • Where possible please try to arrive with the rest of your group – you don’t want to turn up late and have less time at your table.

    • If you’re running late, we’ll hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes, after that it may be given away to waiting guests. If you arrive 10 minutes late, that time will be lost from your 1hr 30min booking.

    • If you’d like to leave us a tip, just ask your server and you can use your card thank you!

    • For outside bookings, remember we can’t control the weather! Please wear what’s appropriate for the weather. Whilst you’ll be under cover we can’t guarantee it will be warm or 100% dry.
